How participation works
- Create or claim your business profile.
- Select the Chamber marketplace you want to join.
- Submit your application.
- Receive Chamber approval and membership classification.
- Accept the applicable subscription terms.
- Activate participation.
- Become eligible for relevant matches and introductions.

A subscription provides marketplace participation and matching eligibility. It does not guarantee leads, introductions, rankings or sales.

Participating Chambers may invite up to 20 founding businesses to receive six months of complimentary marketplace participation during launch.

Questions businesses ask
Do I need to be a Chamber member?
No. Chamber members pay $19/month per marketplace. Approved non-members can participate for $79/month. The participating Chamber decides your membership classification.
How does approval work?
After you apply, the Chamber reviews your business and confirms whether you're a member. You'll get an email when the decision is made.
What does a subscription include?
Participation in that Chamber's marketplace and eligibility for relevant AI recommendations and customer introductions. It does not guarantee leads, introductions, rankings or sales.
How do introductions work?
When a customer chooses your business and agrees to share their contact details, you both receive an introduction email so you can connect directly.
Can I join more than one marketplace?
Yes. Each Chamber marketplace is a separate subscription, so you can join several if you serve more than one community.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel a marketplace subscription from your business dashboard; participation continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
What is the Founding 20?
Some Chambers invite up to 20 approved businesses to six months of complimentary participation at launch. It's by Chamber invitation only, there's no automatic billing at the end, and continuing requires you to choose a paid plan.
